What is the difference between mediation, couples counseling, and divorce coaching?

Do you struggle to understand the difference between mediation, couples counseling, and divorce coaching?

Let me bring some order and tell you about the three professional hats I’m wearing.

🌿As a mediator, I guide couples who have decided to part ways with mutual and fair agreements tailored to their emotional and practical needs. I help them maintain effective communication even after the divorce as a split family. The most notable benefits are a more friendly divorce experience in a collaborative environment and at a minimum of time and cost. The mediation allows full control of the outcome outside the court.

🌿As a couple counselor, I work with couples dealing with a crisis or relationship difficulties to strengthen the relationship and improve communication and intimacy between them to enable them to live a happier life together and with their children. Consulting is collaborative work for changing and improving communication skills, increasing empathy, listening to needs, and adopting new patterns. All this in a safe environment that allows openness and expression of emotions.

🌿As a divorce coach, I support and mentor individuals (this time not couples) during such a challenging time of separation and help them cope with the difficulties and intense changes. It is a coaching process that focuses on the emotional, logistical, and legal aspects of separation and divorce. This process can happen at any stage of separation from the doubts about whether to separate to support after the change in status and new lifestyle.

If you or someone around you is currently at a crossroads in a relationship and needs my help, don’t hesitate to contact me. The first consultation is free and without obligation.
